The Command Center, formerly the Radiant Deployment Framework (RDF), is a dynamic support tool that offers enhanced Payment Card Industry (PCI) security and simplicity to the Aloha support process.

With Command Center, you have an enterprise-level dashboard view of the servers and terminals for every site you support. You can quickly check the health of multiple computers, perform queries, transfer files, receive alerts, and much more, all without the need to take control of any computer at the store. This means customers are left to run their business with minimal interruption from support staff.

Deploy Manager
Rolling out new software and upgrading existing software is a breeze when you use Deploy Manager. Deploy Manager provides a way to easily and efficiently oversee the rollout process. It handles scheduling, execution of pre- and post-installation applications, and system reboots, as well as allowing you to monitor the deployment process on a daily basis.

With the help of the Deploy Manager, you can:
