With the release of Hosted Solutions, Crystal Reports will be gradually phased out. Report names will remain on the eDesktop; however any previously run Crystal Report (identified with a Crystal Report icon) will no longer exist. A user will need to run the report in order to generate the Active Reports version of the report.

Scheduled reports will retain their schedule. Those that were previously configured to run in the Crystal Reports type will run as an Active Report at the next scheduled interval.

Aloha Stored Value (formerly eCard)
Gift cards are a cost-effective way to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing programs. Easily implemented, gift and stored value card programs can be managed efficiently across various locations, while gathering important sale and profitability reports.

Aloha Loyalty (formerly eFrequency)
The Aloha eFrequency customer loyalty solution delivers flexible, customizable, reward and bonus programs. The powerful Web-based system is designed to stimulate repeat business with powerful reward programs.

Centralized Data Management (CDM)
CDM empowers you with the management of data from a central location, thus significantly simplifying your restaurant operations. It also eliminates duplicate data entry of POS menu items, promotions, comps, and other data, which decreases the chance for error, because with CDM, the data is entered only once by the central site user, and then sent via the Internet to the store sites that need the update.
