MemberLink
MemberLink is a hosted eServices application that
provides Aloha Loyalty members with a portal to update
profile information and view bonus plan standings
directly from a restaurant’s website. This web portal
allows an Aloha Stored Value Gift Card cardholder access to view
their balances online, and the ability to view both
Stored Value Gift Card and Loyalty data when a dual purpose card
is used.
You do not need to develop the MemberLink web pages. One
of the powerful features of MemberLink is that it comes
“code complete,“ in that the web pages your members view
is actually hosted in our secure, fault tolerant data
center (Level 3). This allows an effortless rollout of
the feature, as well as placing the maintenance and
enhancements to the feature in Radiant's hands.
