The Inventory Usage module is an excellent alternative
to complex inventory control programs. Compatible with
both Aloha Table Service and Quick Service, the
Inventory Usage module allows daily tracking of
inventory items based upon menu items ordered. Simply
define your categories, the items to place within those
categories, and the units of measurement. You can
