Atlanta, GA – July 6, 2004 – Lynk Systems, Inc., a leading payment processor, today announced a new strategic alliance agreement with Abacus Business Solutions, a private company based in Clearwater, FL.  Abacus is a total solutions provider to the hospitality industry and is the leading reseller of Radiant Systems' Hospitality Division Aloha Point-Of-Sale (POS) solutions.
     Aloha POS software combined with Lynk’s electronic payment processing provides exceptionally fast, easy transaction processing, while eliminating the expense of separate restaurant management equipment and payment terminals.  Abacus has signed on as a member of OneLynk Alliance, a value-added reseller program of Lynk Systems, Inc.
