By offering the full range of Radiant products, Abacus
can offer its customers the Radiant Advanced Exchange
Depot (AED) program, ensuring the efficient replacement
of all system hardware, to include terminals, printers,
leservers, power conditioning and battery back-ups. AED
maintenance:

Under the
AED program, Radiant ships replacement equipment to the
site by:

Business Day is bundled with the Radiant terminal in the
rst year and can be extended to the second year.
However, upgrades to Next Calendar Day and Same Day are
available in both the rst and second years.

For any system failure, Radiant provides full unit
replacement—not individual component
replacement—resulting in faster return to service and a

including re-installing any supported software or
