Reminder: Daylight Savings Time
Action May Be Required!

In preparation for Daylight Savings Time that occurs on November 2, 2008, there is a patch available to correct the time issue. We anticipate an increased volume of calls into our call center to correct time related issues. We are prioritizing our customer issues based on the following:

Priority 1 - Locations open for breakfast
Priority 2 - Locations open for lunch
Priority 3 - Locations open for dinner

Credit Card Processor Change Requests

Effective October 16, all requests to change credit card processors will be considered chargeable service at $295. In effort to limit these fees onto our customer, often times your new processing company will cover these fees for doing business with them.
