Did you Know?
Card Brand Mandates for Discover and MasterCard
Discover and MasterCard have new requirement mandates. These requirements relate to processes,
such as partial authorizations, real-time reversals, CID entry, Paymentech Gift Card mandates, and more, and are
unrelated to PCI compliance.
For your business to comply with
the mandates, you may have to upgrade your sites to a new version of Aloha
POS and Aloha EDC. To determine which POS and EDC versions you need to use
and when they will be available:
- Contact your processor
representative and inquire whether the Discover mandate is required
for your company.
- Read
the full Compliance Newsletter and locate your processor in the
table and determine the date by which you are required to comply with
the mandates.
- Determine which column is
applicable to you and note the release of Aloha POS and EDC that will
offer support and the dates by which these versions will be available
from Radiant.

on running any types of specials that would require our assistance
with programming Aloha, please be sure to call our Customer Solutions
Group at (727) 524-0177 and choose option 3. We will
handle calls in the order in which we receive them. We encourage
you to call in no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, February
4th so that we can be sure to accommodate your needs.

Day is February 14 and is right around the corner!
If you plan on running

Note: With a Call
Center contract, any programming
under 15 minutes is covered under Call Center.
Any programming over 15 minutes OR for anyone that does not have a Call Center contract with Abacus will be
billed our standard professional service rate of $115 per hour.
