is a large, high volume, upscale restaurant and one of
our first concerns was the guest experience. When we
decided to replace our POS system, we were worried about
the transition to the new system. Abacus was able to
make this transition seamless. Their project managers
were there for us throughout the entire process. The
database creation, training, and ongoing support has
been more than we could have asked for.

purchased Aloha three years ago. Being an outside
restaurant on the Intercoastal Waterway in Vero Beach,
wear and tear on hardware was very important to us. The
Radiant 1510 terminals have held up very well to the
salt air. For us it is very important to keep our system
under a maintenance contract. We love the Radiant
Advanced Exchange Depot warranty because we don’t have a
tech on site for this kind of call and it saves us
money. If we have any problems with hardware, we just
call the Abacus Call Center, log a case, and the next
day a new terminal shows up. We love that Abacus gives
us options for Maintenance and allows us to choose from
24/7 tech on site or by mail. We choose by mail to keep
our ongoing costs down.
