pacifying another customer. He had an action plan and
the ability to resolve the issue. And when I left I was
confident that the system would be up and running and it
is. During this week I met David who is a great guy to
deal with. And Paul had my interests at heart and worked
very diligently to get the system up and running and not
once made me feel that my suggestions were not welcome.
I can go on about the many staffers I spoke to that week
as they went out of their way to get me the help needed.
